Boil Water Rescind Notice for FM 226 and connecting county roads

Effective Date:   January 14, 2026, 12:30 P.M.

On January 12, 2026 the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) required our public water system Woden Water Supply Corp., PWS ID 1740020 to issue a Boil Water Notice to inform customers, individuals, or employees that due to conditions which occurred recently in the public water system, the water from this public water system was required to be boiled prior to use for drinking or human consumption purposes.

Our system has taken the necessary corrective actions to restore the quality of the water distributed by this public water system used for drinking water or human consumption purposes and has provided TCEQ with laboratory test results that indicate that the water no longer requires boiling prior to use as of January 14, 2026.

Please share this information with all other customers who drink this water, and may not have received this notice.

If you have questions, contact Steve King at 936-715-0307.

If a customer wishes to reach TCEQ, they may call 512-239-4691.
